    The little oven is the smallest member of our family of pizza ovens. The mini is the greatest size for a small family because you can cook one dish at a time, but the pizza takes only 90 seconds to prepare, giving you plenty of time to prepare a large quantity. The average amount of firewood used is 5+5 kg, and the average burning time is 2 hours. The width and height of the furnace mouth are 450 mm and 230 mm, respectively. Our most popular model, the medium-sized oven, has a mouth that is 660mm if you require bigger oven mouth to enjoy fire.

    Handmade for Performance

    Every oven is handcrafted, making each one unique. The dome and baking surface are built from high-quality firebrick, providing excellent heat retention and durability. Underneath the baking surface, a refractory layer ensures the oven holds warmth longer, giving you consistent baking results.

    The dome is coated with insulating fireclay and cement, which keeps temperatures steady and prevents heat loss.

    Easy to Install

    The oven comes in two main parts for easier handling:

    • The top dome
    • The base, split into two sections

    This design spreads the weight evenly and makes setup simple. No glue is required, as the weight of the dome naturally keeps the pieces secure. A black steel door is included to retain heat efficiently and safely.

    If the oven is placed outdoors, we recommend applying a water-resistant finish to protect it from rain and moisture. A protective cover or canopy can also provide excellent weather protection without extra coating.

    Cooking Made Simple

    Before the first bake, warm the oven gradually. This helps the firebrick adapt to high temperatures and prevents cracking. Once ready, the oven reaches the high heat necessary for fast cooking:

    • Pizzas cook in minutes, with a crisp crust and perfectly melted toppings
    • Bread and other baked goods also cook quickly, developing a golden, artisanal finish

    Outdoor-Friendly Tips

    The Classic Small oven works well outdoors, but extra protection helps it last longer. Adding insulation and a plaster finish can shield it from cold, rain, and temperature changes, keeping your oven in top condition year-round.
