    Protecting pizza oven from rain and cold

    All ovens are designed to operate outdoors, subject to weather conditions. However, we recommend that if the stove is outside in a climate where you have 4 seasons, oven should be additionally covered with waterproof layer. You can use different cement based plasters for finishing the oven. Before plastering, we recommend laying an additional layer of 25 mm ceramic wool insulation on top of the oven,.Then the oven and finishing plaster will be separated and your oven will retain heat twice as long, approximately 24 hours after heating. Cermic fiber blanket and metal net can be added before transport as well.
