    Difference between the premium line and the classic line of ovens.

    Classic line wood-fired ovens both the cooking area and the dome of the pizza oven are rounded. For installation in a corner, a round oven is preferable. Ovens from the premium line have square bases which is easier for installation because the base frames are usually square.In front of the premium line oven dome and base, you see little touch of corner firebricks that give you this authentic Greek style.The oven is made of three parts oven dome part one and the base have two sections that make up the cooking area.

    All ovens are designed to operate outdoors, subject to weather conditions. However, we recommend that if the oven is outside in a climate where you have a winter season, you should cover your oven additionally with extra insulation.

    Extra insulation with plaster will protect your oven from rain and cold.Oven without insulation stays warm 12 hours after heating.Oven with extra insulation can stay warm 24 hours after heating..
