Thanks to their 6 cm thick refractory chamotte base, the preheating time is approximately 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the model.

In this authentic wood-fired refractory chamotte oven, you can cook a wide variety of dishes over an open flame after just 45 minutes of preheating. For example, you can simultaneously bake 3 delicious pizzas or tarts flambées, or treat your family and friends to perfectly grilled meats cooked in folding aluminum foil.

This wood-fired oven excels as a pizza and grill oven, but it’s much more than that! Thanks to its thick refractory chamotte and high-temperature mineral fiber insulation, Le Grand Flamme retains heat for around 24 hours. That’s more than enough time to prepare bread, gratins, leg of lamb, simmered dishes, and more.

This high-quality wood-fired oven is entirely handmade in our workshops in France.
