This model is a brick oven of the same size as the Campagnard, with a complete facing and mounted on a strong metal support. With its rustic appearance reminiscent of stagecoach wheels, the Carriole is a pleasure to install outside, on the patio or near the swimming pool.

Its “carriage” look, with large rear wheels and fixed small front wheels, gives it a timeless charm and allows easy mobility with the drawbar that comes with it.
With its 8 cm thick brick-lined vault and floor, it’s ready to delight up to 8 guests, cooking bread, slow-cooked dishes, cakes, or of course pizzas and grilled dishes.
Enjoy continuous cooking for over 20 hours without reloading wood, thanks to the efficiency of refractory bricks and superior insulation.
La Carriole is the only oven for individuals designed to be moved outdoors. It can be placed on a firm or hard surface, whether on a patio or by the pool in summer, and closer to the house in winter, bringing joy to families for generations.
