The Pompeii-style dome oven originates from Greek and Roman traditions, and its perfect shape ensures optimal heat circulation.

Since a dome hearth made from hand-cut fireclay bricks is the most time-consuming to make and also the heaviest construction, we also use sertified handcrafted dome hearths from different manufactures

In modern home outdoor kitchens and cafés, ovens no longer need the same heavy mass as those used in restaurants. Instead, thinner-walled oven chambers are often preferred so the oven can heat up faster.
