The Ardente range ovens are entirely handmade from refractory chamotte, a fired and crushed clay. Designed and manufactured in France, these high-quality ovens come with a 10-year warranty.
Thanks to their 6 cm thick refractory chamotte base, the preheating time is approximately 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the model.

Description
The smallest and most affordable of the Grand-Mère ovens, Le Flamme heats up quickly and is the perfect little wood-fired oven for flame cooking as often as you like! Thanks to its 6 cm thick refractory chamotte floor, you only need to preheat the oven for 30 to 45 minutes before loading it with all kinds of pizzas and grilled meats for 6 or more guests.
Whether used indoors or outdoors, Le Flamme is an authentic little pizza oven. You can bake 2 pizzas or 2 tarts flambées (28–29 cm in diameter) at the same time. You can also cook a wide range of other foods on the floor, all enhanced by rapid flame cooking:
- Meat seared over high heat: beef or pork chops, sausages, brochettes…
- Baked potatoes (wrapped in aluminum foil)
- Vegetables and fish baked in folding aluminum foil
- Grilled fruit
- Depending on your taste, you can also bake bread and casseroles
