The Gourmet – Host Huge Tables Like a Professional!
The Gourmet is a generously sized traditional wood-fired oven designed for large groups of 12 diners. It is also the first model in our range for professional cooks!
After 2 hours of heating, the beautiful inertia of this wood-fired oven allows you to cook several dishes one after another. Cooking over a flame or in a closed oven, with the Gourmet anything is possible: pizzas, tarts flambés, grilled meats, bread, cakes, gratins, smoked or dried meats, terrines, and more.
Do you think you would settle for a smaller oven? You might be happy with the Campagnard (8 diners) or perhaps even the Marmiton (6 diners).
The Oven Hood: Optional Cladding
To dress Le Gourmet, you can choose to customize it to your taste or select one of our custom-made dressings. These ready-to-assemble trims are specially designed to fit your wood-fired oven perfectly.
In addition, FGM uses steel fiber reinforced concrete, providing greater tensile strength and improved structural stability. Thanks to this durable construction, Four Grand Mere offers a 10–20 year warranty on its ovens for private customers.
