The versatility of the oven allows you to use it for the exact cooking method you prefer.
When the fire is burning in the back and on the sides, you can grill on the charcoals and use the oven to make slightly charred and cooked to perfection Italian-style pizzas, which can only be made in wood-fired ovens that are capable of reaching the required temperatures.
The oven is fully heated after around 3 hours and stays warm for up to 12 hours when the fire has gone out. This allows you to use the it as a conventional oven for baking crispy golden-brown pastries or for making savoury slow-cooked meat that falls of the bone!
